Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be received within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise(s). We reserves the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.

All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. There is no return once the merchandise box is opened. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt.

Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging. Returned merchandise must be received from our customer before we will process and ship out any replacement. All merchandise should be returned to us by shipping carriers with safe method which provides proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. so you can check with your local shipping carrier.) We will not responsible for the lost of returned merchandise in shipping.

Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable, as we have paid the Post Office to send the shipment and the Post Office will NOT refund the postage cost back to us after they processed the shipment. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send return back to us. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we ship out replacement for free (we pay for the replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.

We reserves the right to return merchandise to its customer and not refund money, if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.

*** All items are tested from the manufactures to make sure they are working properly before we ship them to our customers.

*** Please inspect the product when you received the shipment, identified any issue and report to us BEFORE you try to use it. Please also check over the product (especially the helicopters and air planes) and make sure they are all good every time before use.

*** Return / exchange / refund is not allowed if the item has been used. Please understand that RC helicopters, airplanes, and cars can crash if mistake made or you do not know how to fly, any kind of crash or hard landing may caused damage(s) to the helicopter, plane, or car. We have no control over your skill, behavior or the conditions you have chosen to operate in. If you have any problem with our product(s) you ordered from us, please report it at the time when you received the shipment (not after use please).

*** If you used the product, or crashed product, no matter what the reason. We are sorry but we can not be responsible for your crash or use. Nitrorcx.com will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including bodily injuries and property damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. Nitrorcx.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Remote controlled products and accessories can be very dangerous. Please read the operating manual before use. We have no control over the correct use, installation, application, or maintenance of our products, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damages, losses or costs resulting from the use of the products. Any claims arising from the operating, failure or malfunctioning etc. will be denied. We assume no liability for personal injuries, property damages or consequential damages resulting from our products.

Due to the nature of our products, once used they can not be returned. For unused products, we will exchange them for a different item of equal or greater value for up to 30 days after purchase. To qualify for exchange the product must be brand new and unused. The customer will be responsible for round trip shipping expenses for the exchange. Nitro RCX is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after delivery occurs. We cannot be held responsible in the event your package is damaged, stolen or lost after delivery occurs. Packages are usually shipped without a signature requirement. If you would like a signature required for delivery of your shipment please notify us at the time you place your order.

----Nitro Engine Warranty----
Your nitro engine is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the purchase date. If there are any defects with the materials, workmanship, or assembly of your engine, we will gladly repair or replace it for you at our discretion. Products which have been worn out, abused, or improperly operated will not be covered under warranty. Because we have no control over the quality of the fuel being used and the conditions under which the engine is run, there is no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the life of the engine.

If you would like to setup an exchange please Contact Us and let us know the date of purchase, order number, and reason for exchange. We will promptly issue an RMA number and give you instructions for the exchange. Unauthorized returns are not accepted and will be refused unless the Return Merchandise Authorization number that we issue is clearly marked on the shipping label of the return. Shipping charges paid by us are not refundable in the event of an exchange. Also, all exchange shipping costs will be billed to the customer making the exchange. No exchange returns are accepted after 30 days from purchase. We will assist all of our customers with fast and prompt customer service in the event of a manufacturer defect.

It is our policy to show most items on our website in stock at all times. If an item is backordered for a substantial period of time we will post a message near the add to cart button. We recommend that you email or call us to verify inventory information if an item you wish to purchase is time critical.

We make every effort to have correct pricing and shipping costs displayed on our website. In the event that shipping and or pricing may not be accurate due to a typographical error or other system glitch, we will contact you before your order is shipped. We reserve the right to charge the advertised price listed on our website for your order, and or additional shipping charges if unpublished oversized fees apply or pricing errors occur during your checkout process.

We charge a $20 fee for each check that is not honored by your bank. We reserve the right to hold orders paid by check until your check is cleared by the bank.

We charge a $10 order cancellation fee for orders that have been shipped and are cancelled or refused prior to delivery plus shipping charges incurred for round trip shipment back to our warehouse. This fee applies to any order shipped that is unclaimed and returned to our warehouse by the shipping carrier. This fee does not apply to orders placed for items which are backordered, if the order is cancelled before it is processed or shipped. If a shipment that leaves our warehouse is refused, we will bill round trip shipping expenses, plus a 15% restock fee to recover our costs.
