Please contact the Customer Service Department at the numbers listed above
or via Online Ticket System to
obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return a
defective item for replacement. We cannot be held
responsible for shipments that are returned back to us without an RMA number.
We reserve the rights to allow the return of defected merchandise back
from the customer at customer's shipping expense. If we deem that the
merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any
form, an exchange, replacement, or refund will not be processed.
Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Battery Disclaimer & Warnings
By purchasing and using lipo batteries purchased from NitroRCX, the buyer and user assumes all risks associated with using the product. You must read the safety instructions and warnings before charging/discharging your lipo batteries. Manufacturers, distributors and retailers assume no liability for failure to comply with the warnings and safety guideline when using lipo battery. Before operating lipo battery, please read and comply to ALL Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Battery Warnings.
Return & Exchange
We will accept the returns of merchandise that were purchased from
NitroRCX.com within 30 days of receiving the items. We are subject to
only one exchange per item purchased. Customers must obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping merchandise back to
us. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that are
returned back to us without and RMA number. All
returns (NO EXCEPTIONS) must be accompanied by an RMA number. To
obtain an RMA number, please contact us via phone at 626-968-9860 or
through our Online Ticket System.
Finally, customers must agree to the following in order to ship
merchandise back to us:
1) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2) We recommend that you obtain a return tracking number.
3) We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
4) We DO NOT reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
5) The merchandise MUST BE in its unused condition AND in its original
packaging (cannot be glued or tampered with in any fashion).
6) Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons
for the return or exchange.
7) All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Required Verification Information
In order to protect the customer from any suspicious fraudulent
conditions, we will attempt to contact them via e-mail and phone for
verification information. This may include a copy of ID (covering all
displayed information except first/last name) AND credit
card (covering all displayed information except last 4 digits of credit
card number and first/last name) OR a 6 digit approval
number assigned by credit card issuer for every individual purchase. The
customer will have 10 days to respond with the verification information
after NitroRCX.com has attempted to contact the consumer.
Verification on Orders
As a web based company we understand the need and importance of
security. Particular orders are subject to be placed on hold with release
pending verification. Any order placed on hold will be immediately
contacted with further detail. This may include something as simple as
verifying the billing address listed on the order. Once contacted
regarding an order with needed verification, a customer will have 10 days
to contact us with any additional information.

NitroRCX.com offers international shipping to most of the countries
worldwide (listed in the shipping calculator at “checkout”). Some items
based on size will not be accepted for international shipment. We will
cancel all non-shippable orders and notify the customer via e-mail. If you

Online Ticket System or talk to a representative that will help you complete the shopping process.
For fraud prevention purposes, NitroRCX.com reserves the right
to verify orders through select verification processes. NitroRCX.com
reserves the right to cancel your order and void the corresponding credit
card charge if we are not satisfied with the authenticity of the order.
Use of fraudulence credit cards will be prosecuted, and your info will be
forwarded to the FBI for investigation.
Change / Cancel Order
You may make changes or cancel your order only if it has not been
processed for packaging and shipment. Once your order has been packed and
shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. The use of any discount offers such as coupon codes only apply to products and do not include or apply to sales tax and shipping fees. We
are not responsible for typography or photography errors. Shipping charges
are non-refundable and customer will be responsible for return shipping
costs. We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.
You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 2 business days
(Monday - Friday, 12:00AM - 5:00PM PST), provided the items are in stock
and there are no problems with the payment verification. We do not
guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and
Backorders / Preorders
We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not
physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be
charged only when your order is processed.
Orders containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock
merchandise may be broken into separate shipments, yet are under the same
order and transaction. Items on backorder will ship as soon as the
merchandise becomes available. Shipping charges will apply to each of the

with preorder/backorder. Due to limited availability, these promotions can
only be offered while supplies last.
All items are shipped from our facilities once order processing
and packaging is completed; this would take usually one to two business
days. NitroRCX.com standard shipping methods are UPS and USPS. Expected
delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 business days once order is
processed, unless otherwise noted. *International shipments may take
between 7 to 20 business days once the order is processed.
Provided the shipping method that you selected for shipping your order,
we will send an e-mail registered to the order (provided the email address
submitted with the order is accurate) with a UPS or USPS tracking number
and delivery address information soon as your package has began the
Shipping to a Third-Party Address
If the alternate shipping address is on file with the bank that issued
the credit card, the order processing will not be delayed. Please have the
alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your
credit card account. If the alternate shipping address is not on file with
the bank that issued the credit card, order processing may be delayed due
to additional verification information needed to ensure that the credit
card is not being used in fraudulent conditions. We take this measure to
protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.
For fraud prevention purposes, NitroRCX.com reserves the
right to verify orders through a variety of means which might include
phone verification, requests for copies of front and back of credit card
and driver’s license. NitroRCX.com reserves the right to cancel your
order and void/credit the corresponding credit card charge if we are not
satisfied as to the authenticity of the order. Use of fraudulence credit
cards will be prosecuted, and your info will be forwarded to the FBI for
Military Discounts and APO shipping
We do offer military discounts. If you send in your military ID with your
order number (after placing the order), we will apply a military discount
of 10%. We do allow for APO shipping, yet we do not allow for orders over
$150 to be shipped to APO addresses. Due to insurance issues, the maximum
on APO order is $150. We will cancel any orders that reach over the $150
will notify you via e-mail. Please feel free to contact our customer
service line for any other questions.
Shipping Damage Portion
In the event that something happens to your order throughout the shipping
process, we possess the resources to have the issue taken care of for you. If
your package arrives damaged due to shipping, we are able to contact UPS and
file a damage claim. If the order is lost during shipment, we are able to file a
similar claim, a lost package claim.
We will contact UPS for our customers and handle everything. Please
understand, we must wait for the claim to be finalized by UPS before we can take
any further action. We understand the importance of our customers receiving
their orders in a timely and safe manner. We will do everything we can to stress
the importance and urgency of having all claims done as quickly as possible when
dealing with UPS.
